This is one of my favorites.  I love the colors.  Store bought Paper box.  
Wings & Clock:  Made from Hot Glue in Mold
Flowers:  Wood, Buttons, Foam, etc.
Painted:  Acrylic - Different Colors
Texture:   Paste with Stencils
